A professional project manager and quantitative research specialist with over 20 years’ experience conducting and analyzing primary and secondary research, focussing on consumer goods, retail, travel and tourism industry and destination branding. Luna joined Insignia in 2001 and has been involved in all key phases of Insignia’s projects including questionnaire and recruitment screener design, quantitative and qualitative fieldwork set-up and management, data analysis and client reporting. She is an expert in the set-up and management of global marketing research as well as large-scale tracking studies.
